FX comedy "Fargo" began filming part of its new fourth season in Pontiac on Monday.
The area surrounding the Livingston County Courthouse was peppered with 1950s style cars and pedestrians wearing old-school suits, ties and hats.
The fourth season is set in Kansas City, Mo., although the scenes being filmed in Pontiac are supposed to be representative of Chicago.
"Fargo" is notable for having every season be an unrelated, separate story to the season before it with bits of connection sprinkled throughout, similar to Stephen King novels.
The fourth season will star Chris Rock playing the leader of a crime syndicate fleeing the Jim Crow South, according to the show's Internet Movie Database page.
