Aurora man arrested in Boulder Hill on multiple warrants

Suspect located as deputies respond to domestic disturbance report

Kendall County sheriff's deputies arrested Jimmy A. Gonzales, 25, of the 400 block of Waton Street in Aurora, on multiple warrants while responding to a report of a domestic disturbance at 1:51 a.m. Feb. 22 at a residence in the 0-99 block of Rocky Way in Boulder Hill.

Police said deputies determined that Gonzales was wanted on a Kane County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and a Batavia Police Department warrant for issue or delivery of a forged document. The suspect also was wanted on a DeKalb County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving while license suspended.

Gonzales was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville pending court proceedings.
