Jordan Tang, 21, of 429 Third St., La Salle was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, fleeing and eluding, four stop sign violations and failure to signal at 1:24 a.m. Saturday at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue, Peru police said.

Craig Cox, 33, of Burlington was transported to OSF Streator by Allen Township EMS after a two-vehicle accident at 11:12 a.m. Wednesday at N. 17th and E. 26th roads in Allen Township, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s office. There were no citations issued. A condition report was not available at press time Friday.

Joshua Townsel, no age given, of 47½ S. Main St., Canton was charged with criminal damage to property/disorderly conduct at 1:23 a.m. Friday at 2 Ponsetti Drive, Apartment 2G, Spring Valley police said.

Benny J. Lucas, 71, of 1206 E. St. Paul St., DePue reported a hit-and-run crash occurred at 9:26 p.m. Thursday at 102 W. Dakota St., Spring Valley police said.

Perry Adams, 34, of 421 Eighth St., La Salle was picked up at 2:08 a.m. Sunday at 9th St. Pub, 253 Ninth St., La Salle, for a failure-to-appear warrant. La Salle police said.

Latisha Nelson, 48, of 310 Schumacher St., Marseilles was charged with allowing patrons after hours at 2:08 a.m. Sunday at Ninth Street Pub, 253 Ninth St., La Salle.

Jessie Steadwick of Ottawa swerved to avoid a squirrel at 3:52 p.m. Friday at 66 N. 2551st Road in Peru Township (west of South Bluff County Club), according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office. Steadwick lost control of the vehicle, entered into the south side ditch and struck an electric fence. No injuries or charges were issued.

Nathan Reynolds, 19, of 1201 Germania Drive, Apt. B, Ottawa was picked up at 9:58 a.m. Sunday in his residence on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear (unlawful possession of a controlled substance), La Salle County Sheriff’s Office said.

Carl J. Telford, 43, listed as homeless was picked up at 12:01 a.m. Friday at West Walnut Street and Lewis Avenue, Oglesby on a failure-to-appear warrant for traffic, Oglesby police said.

Illinois State Police District 17 Commander, Captain Jason LoCoco, announces the results of Occupant Restraint Enforcement Patrols held in La Salle County during November. These patrols provided extra coverage for the ISP so officers could focus on saving lives by making sure all vehicle occupants were buckled up.

Ashley J. Buchanan, 38, of 208 S. Main St., LaMoille was charged with operation of an uninsured vehicle at 4:01 p.m. Thursday on U.S. 34/Route 92 at 3320E St. east of LaMoille, according to Bureau County Sheriff’s Office.

Heather A. Graves, 36, of 906 Brookie Ave, Spring Valley was charged with domestic battery at 3:24 a.m. Saturday at the same address, according to Bureau County Sheriff’s Office.

Zachariah Michael Gottlieb, 22, of 525 W. First, Spring Valley was picked up at 4:32 p.m. Saturday at 22 Park Ave., Princeton on a warrant for failure to appear, according to Bureau County Sheriff’s Office.

Dale Christensen, 64, of La Porte, Ind., was charged with improper lane usage after he reportedly became distracted and his tractor-trailer rig went off the roadway and rolled over on East 2153rd Road at N. 3372nd Road in Rutland Township southeast of Wedron, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office.
