• Jason D. Stellwagen, 26, of the 6N200 block of Woodland Drive, Campton Township, was charged Feb. 3 with driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent.

• Valentin Guerrero-Franco, 38, of the 900 block of Gates Street, West Chicago, was charged Feb. 2 with illegal transportation of alcohol, obstructing identification and three warrants for failure to appear in court on traffic violations.

• Jezerelle E. Fingers, 19, of the 34W800 block of Skyline Drive, St. Charles Township, was charged Feb. 4 with two counts of misdemeanor domestic battery.

• Alexander M. Roveda, 27, of the 600 block of North River Street, Batavia, was charged Feb. 6 with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. According to reports, Roveda had crashed his 2013 Kia Soul into a guardrail at the intersection of Dunham and Stearns roads in St. Charles Township at 2:42 a.m.
