Oswego police arrested Alan Raza, 19, of the 4400 block of Bickford Drive, Oswego, at his residence Nov. 26 at 9:55 a.m. on a charge of domestic battery. Police said Raza was transported to the county jail in Yorkville pending court proceedings.
Arrested on battery charge
Oswego police arrested Alexandra L. Wise, 29, of the 200 block of South Adams Street, Oswego, at her residence Nov. 25 at 5:26 a.m. on a charge of domestic battery. Police said Wise was transported to the county jail in Yorkville pending court proceedings.
Juvenile facing charge
Oswego police arrested a juvenile in the 300 block of Springbrook Trail South Nov. 26 at 9:34 a.m. on charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Police said the juvenile was transferred to the Kane County Juvenile Justice Center in Kane County pending court proceedings.
Trespass arrest
Oswego police arrested Molly E. Lee, 18, of the 700 block of Versailles Parkway, Oswego, Nov. 26 at 11:05 p.m. on a charge of criminal trespass to land. Police said Lee posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.
Take theft report
Merchandise valued at $30.36 was stolen from a retail store in the 2700 block of Route 34 in Oswego Nov. 23 at 5:33 p.m., according to village police.
Computer tablet stolen from vehicle
A backpack containing a Microsoft Surface 3 tablet and other items was stolen from a vehicle that was parked at a home in the 100 block of Preakness Drive sometime Nov. 17 or Nov. 18, Oswego police reported. Police said the owner of the vehicle believes he had left it unlocked at the time the backpack was stolen. The loss in the incident was placed at $405, police said.
Warrant arrest
Oswego police arrested Lindsey D. McDowell, 35, of Chillem Drive, Batavia, on a warrant at a store in the 2700 block of Route 34 Nov. 22 at 8:46 p.m. Police said McDowell was wanted on an Aurora police warrant for retail theft.
One hurt in parking lot crash
A 43-year-old Aurora resident, Denise Konrath, was injured in a two-vehicle crash in the parking lot of a supermarket in the 2500 block of Route 30 in Oswego Nov. 21 at 2:01 p.m. Police said Konrath was transported to an area hospital, while the driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash, Susan M. Pengler, 55, of Lombard, was not hurt.
Tires found slashed
Someone slashed tires on a vehicle parked in the 700 block of Sparkle Court North in Oswego sometime Nov. 21 or 22, village police reported. Police said damage was estimated at $400.
Warrant arrest
Oswego police arrested Jocquez M. Lowe, 22, of the 200 block of Butternut Drive, Bolingbrook, in the 500 block of Silver Charm Lane Nov. 22 at 7:15 p.m. on a warrant issued by the Illinois State Police. Police said Lowe was transferred to the county jail pending court proceedings.
Warrant arrest
Oswego police arrested Rachael E. Peters, 25, of the 0-10 block of Circle Court, Boulder Hill, on a warrant in the 4500 block of Route 71 Nov. 20. Police said Peters later posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.
Warrant arrest at station
Oswego police arrested William D. Decker, 28, of the 100 block of Cinderford Drive, Oswego, on a warrant at the village police station Nov. 20 at 5:01 p.m. Police said Decker posted $275 bond and was released pending a court appearance.
Theft reported from store
Merchandise valued at $592.82 was reported stolen from a store in the 2700 block of Route 34 in Oswego Nov. 22, according to village police.
