Chicago resident arrested on domestic battery charge

Kendall County sheriff’s deputies arrested Zaneta Statek, 25, of the 5000 block of Laramie Avenue, Chicago, on a charge of domestic battery in the 7000 block of Clubhouse Drive in the Whitetail Ridge subdivision in Kendall Township at 10:04 p.m. Nov. 3.

Police said deputies were told the suspect struck and injured another member of her household. The suspect was transported to the Kendall County Jail pending a bond hearing.
