Costumed kids descend on downtown La Grange for annual Halloween Walk

The event was led by the Greater La Grange YMCA and sponsored by the La Grange Business Association. The walk stepped off at 10 a.m. and meandered through the downtown area, where about 75 merchants handed out candy and other goodies to the participating children. After the parade ended, families were invited to stick around for free Halloween games and activities with YMCA staff members.
