Calvin A. Lubinski, 39, of Morrison; 10:22 p.m. Wednesday in the 1200 block of West Fourth Street; no insurance.

Thomas E. Ulve, 40, of Rock Falls; 11:03 a.m. Wednesday; two warrants for theft less than $300, Rock Island County petition to revoke probation for retail theft; taken to Lee County Jail and remained there Thursday awaiting extradition to Rock Island County.

Richard D. Mowery, 60, of Harmon; 6:43 p.m. Wednesday; Ogle County warrant for failure to appear – no insurance; taken to Lee County Jail and posted $300 bond Thursday..
