• Tahseen Osman, 44, of the 100 block of East Diversey Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 6:08 a.m. July 17 with domestic battery in the 100 block of East Diversey Avenue.
• Jonathan Niewinski, 24, of the 700 block of Adele Street, Elmhurst, was charged at 9 a.m. July 21 with domestic battery in the 700 block of Adele Street.
Burglary
A black diaper bag containing a wallet, Illinois driver's license, two credit cards and cash reportedly was stolen between 10 p.m. July 12 and 10 a.m. July 14 from an unlocked vehicle in the 800 block of South Parkside Avenue.
Controlled substance possession
Tatiana Flores, 29, of the 1300 block of North Campbell Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 3:15 a.m. July 22 with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, following too closely and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at York and Roosevelt roads.
Deceptive practice
An incident involving a deceptive practice reportedly occurred at 8:13 a.m. July 17 at Glenrock Co., 200 W. Wrightwood Ave. A company computer reportedly was infected with a cryptovirus and was demanding ransom payment in bitcoin.
Disorderly conduct
• Vadym Hladchvk, 32, of the 4000 block of West Newport Avenue, Chicago, was cited at 7:48 p.m. July 19 with disorderly conduct – public intoxication in the parking lot at Corner Cottage Liquors, 526 W. North Ave.
• Shante Dansby, 21, of the 900 block of North York Street, Elmhurst, and Nyasja Brown, 19, of the 5900 block of West Maple Avenue, Berkeley, were charged at 8:05 p.m. July 20 with disorderly conduct – fighting in public in the 400 block of North Addison Avenue.
DUI
• Lubomir Andreev, 46, of the 600 block of North Iowa Avenue, Villa Park, was charged at 11:56 p.m. July 17 with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI of alcohol and improper lane use at St. Charles Road and Fair Avenue.
• Nicole Colella, 27, of the zero to 100 block of Westmore-Meyers Road, Lombard, was charged at 2:35 a.m. July 18 with DUI of alcohol and improper lane use at Route 83 and St. Charles Road.
• Santos O. Carrillo, 19, of the 200 block of West Michael Lane, Addison, was charged at 12:01 a.m. July 21 with DUI of drugs, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at Lake and Walnut streets. Carrillo Funes, 21, of the 500 block of North Highview Avenue, Addison, was cited at the same time and date with unlawful possession of marijuana at the same location.

• An incident involving identity theft reportedly occurred at 11 a.m. July 15 in the 200 block of East Third Street.
• An incident involving identity theft reportedly occurred between 12:01 a.m. June 20 and 11:59 p.m. July 11 in the 800 block of South Parkside Avenue.
• An incident involving identity theft reportedly occurred at noon July 16 in the 500 block of South Spring Road.
• An incident involving identity theft reportedly occurred at 1:49 p.m. July 20 in the 800 block of North Willow Road.
• An incident involving identity theft was reported at 3:45 p.m. July 22 in the 200 block of West Montrose Avenue.
Theft
• Joseph Pulido, 44, of the 900 block of South Hillcrest Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 8:57 p.m. July 15 with retail theft at Jewel-Osco, 944 S. York St.
• Warren Ellison, 31, of the 100 block of George Street, Bensenville, was charged at 9:09 p.m. July 15 with theft of lost or mislaid property at Thorntons, 476 N. York St.
• A green Schwinn Racer bicycle reportedly was stolen between 4 p.m. July 12 and 7 a.m. July 16 at Cityview Community Church,343 S. York St.
• A yellow garden hose and nozzle were reported stolen at 1:12 p.m. July 19 in the 300 block of North Willow Street.
• Merchandise reportedly was stolen at 10:55 p.m. July 19 at Jewel-Osco, 153 E. Schiller St.
• An unlocked dark blue bicycle with black handlebars reportedly was stolen at 10:14 a.m. July 20 from a bike rack on the north side of East End Pool, 463 E. Schiller St.

• An Illinois driver's license was reported lost at 1:15 p.m. July 13 in the 700 block of Emroy Avenue.
• An Illinois driver's license was reported lost at 3:42 p.m. July 13 in the 400 block of South Prospect Avenue.
• An Illinois license plate was reported lost at 1:29 p.m. July 17 in the 700 block of North Oaklawn Avenue.
• An Illinois license plate reportedly was lost between 8 a.m. July 17 and 7 a.m. July 18 in the 200 block of Berteau Avenue.
• A wallet containing a South Carolina driver's license and credit card reportedly was lost between 2 and 4 p.m. July 18 at the Elmhurst Public Library, 125 S. Prospect Ave.

Marijuana possession
• Frekoba M. Thompson, 27, of the 3500 block of West Douglas Boulevard, Chicago, was cited at 2:26 a.m. July 7 with unlawful possession of marijuana at Route 83 and St. Charles Road.
• Bryson Graham, 20, of the zero to 100 block of 50th Avenue, Bellwood, was cited at 5:36 p.m. July 13 with unlawful possession of marijuana and tinted windows at Butterfield and York roads. Akierah Pettigrew, 19, of the 800 block of North Irving Avenue, Hillside, was cited at the same time and date with unlawful possession of marijuana at the same location.
• Jason F. James, 33, of the 1400 block of South 12th Avenue, Maywood, was cited at 7:41 a.m. July 14 with unlawful possession of marijuana and illegal transportation of open alcohol at York Street and Butterfield Road.
• Aaron Rollins, 18, of the 100 block of North Hamlin Avenue, Chicago, was cited at 2:26 p.m. July 14 with unlawful possession of marijuana in the 300 block of South Poplar Avenue.
Property damage
• Red spray paint reportedly was marked between 6 p.m. July 9 and 6 a.m. July 10 on the interior walls of the first floor at the Opus Design construction site at 100 N. Addison Ave.
• The driver's side window of a vehicle reportedly was broken out at 4:24 a.m. July 13 at the Hammerschmidt Memorial Chapel at Elmhurst College, 190 S. Prospect Ave. A brick reportedly was used to gain access into the chapel, damaging two key card panels. The offender was served a no trespass notice.
• A large scratch on the rear passenger side door of a vehicle was reported at 2:08 p.m. July 13 at Courts Plus, 186 S. West Ave.
• A large wood carving reportedly was removed from an exterior door between 7 p.m. July 12 and 12:26 p.m. July 14 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 345 S. Kenilworth Ave. The wood carving reportedly was later found by the reporting officer in a donation bin on the east side of the church.
• A driver's side window reportedly was struck following a traffic crash at 3:31 p.m. July 14 in the 700 block of North Howard Avenue. The offender reportedly struck the driver's side window with the side mirror that had broken off the vehicle he was driving.
• A landscaping brick reportedly was thrown at the victim's parked, unattended vehicle in an effort to shatter the driver's side window at 3:31 p.m. July 14 in the 700 block of North Lombard Avenue. A different vehicle reportedly had crashed into a nearby house before that.
• A Mercedes S350 reportedly was keyed between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. July 16 while it was parked in a lot in the 900 block of North Oaklawn Avenue.
• The window on a white Toyota Rav4 reportedly was punched out at 3:45 p.m. July 18 at York and Vallette streets.
Public intoxication
Paul H. Fullerton, 32, of the 500 block of East Park Avenue, was cited at 1:44 a.m. July 22 with public intoxication in the 400 block of South Spring Road.
Suspicious circumstances
• An incident involving suspicious circumstances reportedly occurred at 11:36 a.m. July 12 in the 500 block of South Swain Avenue. The victim reportedly received an email stating malware had been installed on the victim's computer and demanding the victim send $2,900 in bitcoin to a bitcoin address.
• An incident involving suspicious circumstances reportedly occurred at 2 a.m. July 20 in the 100 block of Fellows Court.
• An incident involving suspicious circumstances reportedly occurred between 3 and 3:15 a.m. July 22 at Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Elmhurst/Oakbrook Area, 370 N. Route 83. Three subjects reportedly were possibly tampering with several trucks at the lot as witnesses heard objects falling to the ground and observed the subjects fleeing the area. A police officer reportedly saw coiled wire lying on the ground, and the trucks were secure.
Threat
An incident involving a threatening statement reportedly occurred between 5 p.m. July 20 and 6:04 a.m. July 22 in the 100 block of East Fremont Avenue.
Traffic violation
• Angeline Taylor, 22, of the 600 block of Indiana Street, Elmhurst, was cited at 6:21 a.m. July 10 with driving while license suspended and disobeying a stop sign at Crestview Avenue and Michigan Street.
• Bianca Pelayo, 18, of the zero to 100 block of East Bernice Avenue, Northlake, was charged at 1:33 a.m. July 4 with driving while license suspended and no seat belt at North and Emroy avenues.
• Rory Hammitt, 43, of the 300 block of Beau Drive, Des Plaines, was charged at 2:19 a.m. July 12 with aggravated driving while license revoked, no registration plate light and defective windshield at Arlington Avenue and St. Charles Road.
• Domonique L. Williams, 25, of the 700 block of East 79th Street, Chicago, was charged at 11:39 a.m. July 12 with no valid driver's license and no valid registration at York Street and Crestview Avenue.
• Marques W. Hodrick, 24, of the 1600 block of South Harlem Avenue, Berwyn, was charged at 7:36 a.m. July 16 with driving while license suspended, improper passing and improper lane use at Route 83 and St. Charles Road.
• Steven Vantholen, 48, of the 100 block of Westmore-Meyers Road, Lombard, was charged at 1:21 a.m. July 18 with driving while license suspended, expired registration, suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at Roosevelt Road and Route 83.
• Stephanie Mastache-Vega, 23, of the 1000 block of 24th Avenue, Bellwood, was charged at 1:27 a.m. July 19 with driving while license suspended and expired registration at Riverside Drive and Route 83.
• Luciano Ramos, 39, of the 900 block of South Grant Avenue, Villa Park, was charged at 12:41 p.m. July 20 with aggravated driving while license revoked and no seat belt at Church Street and Kenilworth Avenue.
• Cassandra R. Vail, 26, of the 1400 block of Wolf Road, Berkeley, was cited at 5:19 p.m. July 20 with no valid driver's license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at York Street and Grantley Avenue.
• Angelica R. Castellano, 26, of the 3800 block of Scoville Avenue, Berwyn, was charged at 10:43 a.m. July 21 with driving while license suspended and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at St. Charles Road and Lawndale Avenue.
• Maria V. Macedo, 41, of the 2300 block of South 10th Avenue, Broadview, was charged at 11:35 a.m. July 22 with driving while license suspended and unlawful use of an electronic communication device at North and Glade avenues.
Trespassing
William G. Amarantos, 29, of the 800 block of North Lombard Street, Elmhurst, was charged at 12:51 a.m. July 10 with prowling and served with a trespass notice in the 800 block of North Lombard Street.
Underage drinking
Kyle A. Ezell, 20, of the zero to 100 block of St. Charles Road, Villa Park, was cited at 2:12 a.m. July 14 with consumption of alcohol by a minor at York Community High School, 355 W. St. Charles Road.
Warrant arrest
• Luis Corral Rodriguez, 19, of the 400 block of North Ardmore Avenue, Villa Park, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. July 12 on a warrant out of DuPage County and charged with driving while license suspended, unlawful possession of marijuana and suspended registration at North Avenue and Indiana Street.
• Akilah J. Thornton, 21, of the 300 block of 23rd Avenue, Bellwood, was arrested at 2:18 a.m. July 15 on a warrant out of DuPage County and charged with driving while license revoked and disobeying a traffic control signal at Lake Street and Route 83.
• Vanessa Quinones, 45, of the 2700 block of North 74th Court, Elmwood Park, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. July 18 on a warrant from the Illinois State Police in the 200 block of East Butterfield Road.
• Derek Light, 41, of the 500 block of Happ Drive, Northfield, was arrested at 4:53 p.m. July 18 on a warrant out of DuPage County at the Elmhurst Police Department, 125 E. First St.
