LONG POINT — Ronald L. Cooley, 63, of Long Point, passed away Sunday evening, April 8, at St. Joseph's Medical Center, Bloomington.

Following cremation, visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Friday, April 13, at Winterrowd Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Long Point Cemetery.

Ron was born Feb. 6, 1955, in Streator, to William and Mary (Lowery) Cooley.

Surviving are his father, William Cooley, of Long Point; brother, Jack (Donna) Cooley, of Streator; sister, Robin Cooley, of Long Point; nephew, Jacob Cooley, of Streator; and niece, Sara Cooley, of Henderson, Nev.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Cooley.

Ron graduated from Woodland High School in 1974. He retired as a truck driver.
