CHICAGO — Eric David Mares, 29, of Princeton died recently in Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
He was born July 29, 1988, to Todd Mares and Michelle Renee (Mares) Schlindwein in Long Beach, Calif.
Survivors include his mother, Michelle; two brothers, Matthew Schlindwein of Princeton and Mitchell Mares of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and his maternal grandparents, John and Sandy Thomson of Fort Myers, Fla.
He was preceded in death by his father, Todd; his paternal grandmother, Terrill (Mares) Vasquez; his paternal grandfather, Lorence Mares; his paternal grandmother, Helen Thorp; and one uncle, David Mares.
A memorial will be held at a later time.
