• Tyler Brann, 22, of Earlville was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a Class 4 felony, after he was found with cocaine on Oct. 29, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $5,000 and a court date of Nov. 6 was set.
• Alexis Wallace, 21, 1600 block of Grove Street, Aurora, was charged with three counts of aggravated battery, Class 3 felonies, after battering a minor at a store in Montgomery on Oct. 28, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $25,000 and a court date of Nov. 9 was set.
• Cleveland Saunders, 20, of Naperville was charged with aggravated battery, a Class 3 felony, after pushing and striking a victim at a store in Montgomery on Oct. 28, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $50,000 and a court date of Nov. 30 was set.
• Christoper Matthews, 42, of Chicago was charged with two counts of forgery, Class 3 felonies, stemming from a Oct. 27 incident that occurred at a Kendall County bank, according to court records. Bail was set at $30,000 and a court date of Nov. 30 was set.
• Ariana Fumagalli-Castro, 20, 1700 block of Gary Avenue, Aurora, was charged with retail theft, a Class 3 felony, after stealing more than $300 worth of merchandise from a Montgomery store on Oct. 27, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $5,000 and a court date of Nov. 21 was set.
• James Lemke, 26, of Sheridan was charged with unlawful loitering within a school zone by a sex offender, a Class 4 felony, after loitering within 500 feet of St. Mary’s Catholic School on Oct. 26 while children were present, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $10,000 and a court date of Nov. 22 was set.
• Halie Robb, 39, 0-99 block of Marlin Drive, Oswego, was charged with retail theft, a Class 4 felony, after stealing less than $300 worth of merchandise from a store in Montgomery on Oct. 10, according to Kendall County court records, having been previously convicted of retail theft in Kendall County. A motion to set bail was issued and a court date of Dec. 8 was set.
• Matthew Llanes, 23, of Plainfield was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, a Class 4 felony, for allegedly possessing and intending to deliver between 10 and 30 grams of marijuana on Oct. 24, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $5,000 and a court date of Nov. 17 was set.
• Matthew Kinzie, 23, 300 block of Persimmon Lane, Oswego, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, a Class 4 felony, for allegedly possessing and intending to deliver between 10 and 30 grams of marijuana on Oct. 24, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $15,000 and a court date of Dec. 6 was set.
• Steven Bottcher, 22, 900 block of Wilbe Street, Plano, was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony, after he was found with less than five grams of meth on April 29, according to Kendall County court records. Bottcher was also charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, Class 4 felonies, for allegedly possessing cocaine and colazapam on April 29. A motion to set bail was issued and a court date of Nov. 6 was set.
• William Larson, 32, 500 block of West Barberry Circle, Yorkville, was charged with two counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, Class 4 felonies, for allegedly carrying a loaded, uncased weapon, having no valid FOID card, according to Kendall County court records. He was also charged with aggravated resisting a peace officer, a Class 4 felony, after running from and struggling with an officer, causing injury to the officer, records show. Bail was set at $20,000 and a court date of Nov. 9 was set.
