• Mario Garza, 53, of the 8500 block of West Dralle Road in Frankfort, was arrested by Frankfort police Dec. 8 on charges of driving with a suspended license.

• Edward J. Jones, 42, of the 9500 block of West Lexington Avenue in Brookfield, was arrested by Frankfort police Dec. 8 on a charge of shoplifting.

• Deston L. Martin, 58, of the 22500 block of South Merlin Court in Shorewood, was arrested by sheriff’s police Dec. 8 on a charge of theft.

• Irvin Mesinas, 24, of the 1200 block of Cora Street in Joliet, was arrested by sheriff’s police Dec. 8 on a charge of obstructing justice.

• Raymond R. Rohm, 27, of the 25700 block of South Governors Highway in Monee, was arrested by Frankfort police Dec. 8 on charges of driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

• Nichole L. Tsagaris, 28, of the 800 block of Murphy Drive in Joliet, was arrested by Braidwood police Dec. 8 on a charge of drug possession.

• Steven R. Adams, 42, of the 16700 block of West Adobe Drive in Lockport, was arrested by sheriff’s police Dec. 9 on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

• Sheneka A. Barnett, 26, of the 1100 block of Campbell Street in Joliet, was arrested by sheriff’s police Dec. 9 on charges of driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and endangering the life or health of a child.

• Jessica L. Brogie, 28, of the 0 to 100 block of West Rogers Street in Warrenville, was arrested by Plainfield police Dec. 9 on a charge of drug possession.

• James E. Mansoori, 29, of the 0 to 100 block of Arbury Court in Bolingbrook, was arrested by Bolingbrook police Dec. 9 on a charge of aggravated battery.

• Mary J. Paris, 54, of the 700 block of Campbell Street in Joliet, was arrested by state police Dec. 9 on charges of delivery of drugs and drug possession.

• George Peoples, 19, of the 3600 block of West Crete-Monee Road in Monee, was arrested by sheriff’s police Dec. 9 on charges of reckless discharge of a firearm, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a stolen firearm.

• Rahiem J. Plummer-El, 28, of the 800 block of Sandra Drive in University Park, was arrested by sheriff’s police Dec. 9 on a charge of resisting arrest.

• Sergio Alfaro, 26, of the 600 block of Superior Drive in Romeoville, was arrested by Bolingbrook police Saturday on a charge of drug possession.

• Arthur R. Almanza, 25, of the 1700 block of Great Ridge Drive in Plainfield, was arrested by Joliet police Saturday on charges of criminal trespassing and obstructing justice.

• David Barrera, 31, of the 100 block of Malibu Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested by Romeoville police Saturday on charges of domestic battery and unlawful restraint.

• Dominique D. Buckner, 32, of the 16700 block of Hazelwood Drive in Plainfield, was arrested by sheriff’s police Saturday on charges of domestic battery, endangering the life or health of a child and driving with a suspended license.

• Justin D. Crutcher, 20, of the 0 to 100 block of Fernwood Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested by Bolingbrook police Saturday on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

• Ricardo Garcia, 36, of the 400 block of Quarry Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested by Bolingbrook police Saturday on charges of delivery of drugs, drug possession and marijuana possession.

• Dmario Hubbard, 28, of the 12100 block of South Lowe Avenue in Chicago, was arrested by Frankfort police Tuesday on charges of drug possession, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.
