JOLIET – The learning theme at Troy Craughwell Elementary School this year is, “Elect to Learn,” and teachers and principals are tying in the presidential election year with books and activities.

At October’s P.A.L.S. (Principals Always Love Stories) event, Principal Kathy Barker and Assistant Principal Steve Foster read the book, “Grace for President,” by Kelly DiPucchio, to third grade students.
