LA GRANGE – Community Nurse Health Center in La Grange will celebrate its 95th anniversary with a Lobster Bake fundraiser Sept. 17 at Hinsdale's Community House.
Teri Goudie, community healthcare advocate, former ABC News journalist and owner of Goudie Media Services will take the helm as the event’s master of ceremonies.
Program highlights include a tribute by Community Nurse and AMITA Health Adventist Medical Center, La Grange to the volunteer medical community and specialist partners who have served Community Nurse and its patients through the years.
The evening also will feature an authentic lobster dinner prepared by the New England Seafood Company Restaurant and Fish Market, a paddle raise, live music and dancing, whiskey tasting in the Lobster Trap, and “Big Claw” raffle drawings, including a four-night trip to St. Lucia.
