DIXON – Joshua Martin “Josh” Wileman, 23, of Dixon, died Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at his home. He worked for Accurate Paving in Dixon.

Josh was born June 13, 1993, in Aurora, the son of Martin and Cindy (Caldwell) Wileman. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, camping, listening to country music, and collecting pocket knives. He also enjoyed eating sunflower seeds, Casey’s pizza, and drinking cold beer. Josh loved his family, friends, and animals of every kind, especially eagles.

He is survived by his parents, Martin and Cindy Wileman; one brother, Matt (Kara) Wileman; his paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Wileman; his maternal grandmother, Dovie Caldwell; and four nieces and nephews, Colton, Ryder, Madison, and Lillian. He was a loving nephew, cousin, and friend to many.

Josh was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Donald Wileman; and his maternal grandfather, Robert Caldwell.

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, and the funeral at 2 p.m. Saturday, at Preston-Schilling Funeral Home in Dixon, with the Rev. John Eckhart officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded.
