Scholastic bowl team from Coal City finishes 18-3

The Coal City Middle School Scholastic Bowl team ended the season with an overall record of (18 wins and 3 losses, 2 of which were to Minooka). Coal City placed second at the Illinois Valley Conference Tournament, first in the IESA Regional, and second in the sectional. They are coached by Kathy Walsh and Jim Hitchcock.
