Theft

• A teacher’s phone reportedly was stolen from a desk at 9:16 a.m. Dec. 2 at Wheaton North High School, 1 Falcon Way.

• Several hundred dollars was given in return for two concert tickets that reportedly were never delivered at 7 p.m. Nov. 30 in the 1400 block of East Roosevelt Road.

DUI

Benjamin M. DeGarcia, 22, of the 600 block of State Street, Geneva, was charged at 1:18 a.m. Dec. 1 with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane use at Roosevelt Road and Wheaton Avenue.

Marijuana possession

• David T. Brenner, 34, of the 200 block of North Woodlawn Street, Wheaton,was charged at 8:48 p.m. Dec. 2 with unlawful possession of marijuana, possession of drug equipment and driving with a suspended license at Carlton Avenue and Childs Street.

• Daniel M. Baggio, 19, of the 1400 block of Belleau Woods Court, Wheaton, was charged at 12:53 a.m. Dec. 1 with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding at Brighton Drive and Orchard Road.

Warrant arrest

Gregory Lee Garner, 21, of the 200 block of East Union Avenue, Wheaton, was arrested at 9 a.m. Dec. 2 on a warrant in the 600 block of West Liberty Drive.
