JOLIET – All 26 classroom teachers at Troy Heritage Trail Elementary School in Joliet read the book, "Not Norman, A Goldfish Story," to the 523 students at the school on Oct. 22 as part of Jumpstart's Read for the Record - a program designed to generate support for high-quality early learning by taking part in the world's largest shared reading experience.
