• Joseph F. Frustaci Jr., 43, of the 800 block of Barnsdale Road, La Grange Park, was charged at 11:27 p.m. Sept. 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol in the 3400 block of Kemman Avenue.
• Kenneth J. Rasmussen, 51, of the 4200 block of Arthur Avenue, Brookfield, was charged at 2:47 a.m. Sept. 20 with aggravated DUI of alcohol in the 4300 block of Arthur Avenue.
Burglary
A total of $160 was reported stolen at 5:41 p.m. Sept. 15 from a vehicle in the 4600 block of Grove Avenue.
Theft
Sixteen gray paver bricks valued at $40 were reported stolen at 11:25 p.m. Sept. 15 in the 3800 block of Prairie Avenue.

DUI
• Angel L. Calleros, 21, of the 7700 block of South Austin Avenue, Burbank, was charged at 3:06 a.m. Sept. 19 with DUI of alcohol in the 2600 block of South Harlem Avenue.
• Jaime Vargas, 36, of the 1800 block of 58th Avenue, Cicero, was charged at 9:54 p.m. Sept. 19 with DUI of alcohol at South Harlem and Ogden avenues.
• Brian Lempa, 32, of the 2100 block of Horse Prairie Drive, Henderson, Nev., was charged at 6:05 a.m. Sept. 20 with DUI of alcohol at Ogden Avenue and Lawndale Avenue.
Burglary
A wallet and checkbook were reported stolen from a vehicle 3:08 p.m. Sept. 15 in the 3100 block of South Harlem Avenue.
Theft
A computer was reported stolen at 5:52 p.m. Sept. 17 in the 100 block of East Quincy Street.
LYONS
DUI
• Guadalupe L. Pineda, 47, of the 6200 block of South Rockwell Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 9:24 pm. Aug. 28 with DUI of alcohol, driving on an expired license, failure to reduce speed to avoid and accident, not having insurance, open alcohol in the vehicle, and DUI with a blood alcohol content of more than 0.08 at Harlem Avenue and 47th Street.
• Jose Hernandez, 47, of the 4100 block of Harlem Avenue, Stickney, was charged at 11:01 p.m. Sept. 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid and accident, leaving the scene of an accident and no insurance in the 4300 block of Harlem Avenue.
Battery
Danette L. Granade, 50, of the 8100 block of West 42nd Street, Lyons, was charged at 8:57 p.m. Sept. 1 with domestic battery in the 7800 block of West 45th Place.
Burglary
• A vehicle was reported burglarized and DVDs, CDS and $80 were stolen at 11:13 a.m. Aug. 28 in the 8600 block of Plainfield Road.
• A GPS was reported stolen at 6:45 p.m. Sept. 7 from a vehicle in the 4100 block of South Lawndale Avenue.
• A DVD system was reported stolen at 9:12 a.m. Sept. 8 from a vehicle in the 4100 block of South Fishermans Terrace.
Theft
• A total of $500 was reported withdrawn from a resident’s checking account without their approval at 10:08 a.m. Sept. 1 in the 8000 block of West Ogden Avenue.
• A catalytic converter was reported stolen at 9:07 p.m. Sept. 3 in the 3800 block of South Powell Avenue.
• A bicycle was reported stolen at 9:08 a.m. Sept. 6 in the 7700 block of West 45th Place.
• A trailer was reported stolen at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 9 from a business in the 7800 block of West 47th Street.
• Terri Plein, 51, of the 1200 block of East Metcalf Avenue, Momence, was charged Sept. 9 in the 5800 block of 79th Street, Burbank, for the theft of $150 from a teller’s drawer at Standard Bank, 8601 Ogden Ave. Plein was a member of a cleaning crew, according to police.
Drug paraphernalia
A pouch containing a pipe and a bag of meth was found and reported to police at 8:13 a.m. Sept. 3 in the 8000 block of West Riverwalk Drive.
Shots fired
Gunshots were reported at 2:02 a.m. Sept. 7 in the 4000 block of South Konrad Avenue.
