Margarito Tochimani, 56, of the 200 block of Schmidt Street, Plano, was charged with criminal sexual assault and criminal sexual abuse in connection with an incident on July 5 in Plano, according to Kendall County Court documents. Reports said Tochimani committed sexual acts on a person who was not able to give knowing consent. Bond was set at $200,000 and an Aug. 31 court date was set.
Lamar D. Smith, 40, of the 100 block of Eisenhower Drive, Oswego, was charged with aggravated reckless driving July 6 on Route 34 in Oswego, Kendall County Court documents said. According to reports, Smith drove his 2010 Ford Mustang at a high rate of speed, passing vehicles and crossing two oncoming lanes of traffic before jumping a curb and striking two children on a sidewalk. An Aug. 10 court date was set.
Jacqueline E. Larrison, 24, of the 1300 block of Gates Street, Aurora, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and aggravated battery to a peace officer after an incident on July 10 in Oswego, Kendall County Court documents said. According to reports, Larrison kicked an officer in the chest. An Aug. 12 court date is pending.
Cesar A. Castanedo, 20, of the 200 block of Grove Street, Sugar Grove, was charged June 10 with possession of a stolen firearm in Montgomery, Kendall County Court documents said. According to reports, Castanedo was found with a loaded Smith & Wesson .45 caliber handgun. Castanedo also is charged with obstructing identification, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and having no valid driver's license, according to court documents. An Aug. 10 court date is set.
Nichole A. Moore, 35, of the 300 block of Walter Street, Yorkville, was charged with retail theft in connection with an incident Jan. 10 at a business in the 900 block of Erica Lane, Yorkville, according the Kendall County court documents. Moore is also charged with driving while license suspended, reports said. An Aug. 20 court date was set.
Nia N. Reynolds, 20, of the 2400 block of Columbia Lane, Montgomery, was charged July 2 with possession of cannabis at Orchard Road and Route 34, Kendall County Court documents said. Bond was set at $1,500, according to the report.
Robert L. Vardell, 25, of the 100 block of Somonauk Road, Yorkville, was charged with criminal trespass to vehicle and theft in connection with incidents July 12 and July 14 on West Main Street in Yorkville, according to Kendall County court reports. Vardell is accused of entering vehicles and taking items, court records said. Bond was set at $200,000, and a court date of Aug. 3 was set.
Arnold L. Dunem, 60, of the 400 block of Brookside Drive, Oswego, was charged with domestic battery in connection with an incident July 15 in Oswego, Kendall County court documents said. According to reports, Dunem shoved the victim in the face and chest and ripped the victim's shirt. An Aug. 17 court date was set.
Cody N. Gray, 23, of the 1200 block of Marketplace Drive, Yorkville, was charged with criminal damage to property in connection with an incident June 15 in Yorkville, Kendall County court documents said. According to reports, Gray tore a door handle off a 2015 Ford Fusion. According to the reports, the court has issued a warrant against Gray.
Samantha Marinelarena, 24, of the 1200 block of Santa Fe Road, Romeoville, was charged with criminal damage to property in connection with a July 12 incident in Oswego, Kendall County Court documents said. According to reports, Marinelarena is accused of causing damage to a wall, door, pillow and bathroom drawer, court records said.
Stephanie Hauer, 21, of the 2000 block of Farmington Lakes Drive, Oswego, was charged with retail theft in connection with an incident July 10 at a business in the 2300 block of Route 34, Oswego, Kendall County Court documents said. An Aug. 10 court date was set.
Jordin O. Johnson, 24, homeless, was charged with retail theft in connection with an incident July 12 at a business in the 2300 block of Route 34, Oswego, Kendall County Court documents said. Johnson also is charged with obstructing a peace officer, reports said. Johnson attempted to flee officers who responded to the theft report, court documents said.
Jody T. Skowronski, 37, of the 500 block of Roscoe Street, Chicago, was charged with resisting a peace officer in connection with an incident June 29 in Plano, Kendall County Court documents said. According to reports, Skowronski ran from police, would not stop when ordered to and would not place his hands behind his back for the officers. An Aug. 11 court date was set.
Ethan R. Gondar, 20, of the 0-99 block of West Anchor Drive, Oswego, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis in connection with an incident June 26 at Washington and Mill streets in Yorkville. An Aug. 11 court date was set.
