Battery

Dylan J. Haapalainen, 34, of the 1900 block of Lancaster Lane, Wheaton, was charged at 4 p.m. June 6 with domestic battery in the 1900 block of Lancaster Lane.

Public indecency

A man was found masturbating in the doorway of a garage at 12:16 a.m. June 7 in the 400 block of Bluegrass Circle.

DUI

• Adam R. Schulz, 23, of the 400 block of Bond Drive, Batavia, was charged at 1:43 a.m. June 7 with driving under the influence of alcohol and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at Fapp Circle and Roosevelt Road.

• Alesha R. Williams, 24, of the 1100 block of Preserve Avenue, Naperville, was charged at 1:29 a.m. June 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane use at Danada Drive and Naperville Road.

Controlled substance possession

• Brianna M. Kozi, 18, of the 500 block of South Edgewood Avenue, Lombard, was charged at 12:01 a.m. June 10 with possession of a controlled substance in the 1500 block of Coloma Court South.

• Shauna L. Miller, 25, of the 100 block of Fernwood Road, Montgomery; Ray Lee Rodriguez, 28, of the 200 block of South Elmwood Drive, Aurora; and Amanda Owens, 34, of the 2100 block of Wallcot Road, Aurora; were charged at 11:36 p.m. June 8 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug equipment and possession of hypodermic needles at Butterfield and Naperville roads.

Marijuana possession

• Joseph Vincent Mitchell, 23, of the 7000 block of West Falkirk Lane, Homosasa, Fla., was charged at 12:01 a.m. June 10 with possession of marijuana in the 1500 block of Coloma Court South.

• Bianca Denay Anderson, 23, of the 200 block of South Kendall Avenue, Kalamazoo, Mich., was charged at 10:22 a.m. June 9 with possession of marijuana at Lorraine Road and Pershing Avenue.

• Maxwell D. Pold, 19, of the 7N800 block of Columbine Road, St. Charles, was charged at 9:09 p.m. June 6 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug equipment and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor at Elm Street and Warrenville Road.

• Sean P. Mitchell, 19, of the 100 block of South Ellyn Avenue, Glen Ellyn, was charged at 12:25 a.m. June 4 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug equipment and speeding at Fapp Circle and Roosevelt Road.

• Marlon M. Welton, 20, of the 3S000 block of Sunset Drive, Warrenville, was charged at 11:45 p.m. June 3 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment at 22nd Street and Lorraine Road.

Drug equipment possession

• Ryan M. Janusz, 19, of the 3S400 block of Shagbark Avenue, Glen Ellyn, and Kyle D. Kocinski, 18, of the 2300 block of Appleby Drive, Wheaton, were charged at 12:25 a.m. June 4 with possession of drug equipment at Fapp Circle and Roosevelt Road.

• A minor was charged with possession of drug equipment at 12:38 p.m. June 2 in the 400 block of Carrol Gate.

Stolen property possession

A minor was charged with possession of stolen property at 11:33 a.m. June 8 in the 200 block of East Franklin Avenue.

Burglary

• Imran R. Sulaimana, 33, of the 700 block of West Liberty Drive, was charged at 10:37 p.m. June 5 with residential burglary in the 200 block of East Liberty Drive.

• A snow board was stolen from a secured garage between 7 p.m. June 1 and 3:30 p.m June 3 in the 200 block of Verdi Court.

Theft

A manhole cover was stolen between 12:20 p.m. June 1 and 5 p.m. June 3 in the 1100 block of Mount Vernon Court.

Identity theft

An identity theft, including a name and social security number, was reported at 9 a.m. June 1 in the 600 block of Delles Road.

Fraud

• $1,400 was reported to have been fraudulently withdrawn from an account at 6:22 p.m. June 7 in the 400 block of North Wheaton Avenue.

• A bank account and cellphone account were reported fraudulently opened at noon May 30 in the 400 block of East Hawthorne Avenue.

• A victim sent money to a suspect believing she was paying taxes on a lottery winning between 7 a.m. Nov. 4, 2014 and May 18, 2015 in the 1600 block of East Harwarden Street.

Warrant arrest

A minor was arrested at 9:31 p.m. June 3 on warrant in the 500 block of West Front Street.
