DUI

• Eric Rivera, 25, of the 200 block of Blackberry Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged at 5:46 a.m. May 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at Des Plaines River and Old Lemont roads.

• Steven Leibforth, 51, of the 1200 block of Leinster Drive, Lemont, was charged at 12:48 a.m. May 24 with DUI of alcohol, no insurance, improper lane use and possession of marijuana in the 10300 block of Lemont Road.

Theft

Steven Anich, 31, of the 8900 block of West 93rd Street, Hickory Hills, was charged May 22 with retail theft in the 1100 block of State Street.

Underage drinking

A juvenile was charged May 28 with consumption of alcohol by a minor at Ridge Road and Warner Avenue.

Drug paraphernalia

• A juvenile was charged May 26 with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of McCarthy Road.

• Mitchell Depirro, 33, of the 16300 block of New Avenue, Lemont, was charged May 27 with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 15800 block of New Avenue.

• Andrew Doodakin, 20, of the 1000 block of East Seventh Street, Lockport, was charged at 7:03 p.m. May 29 with driving while license suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia at New Avenue and Timberline Drive.

• Scott Poremba, 22, of the 12300 block of Derby Lane, Orland Park, was charged at 12:32 a.m. May 29 with possession of drug paraphernalia at Lemont and Old Lemont roads.

Traffic violations

• Sergio Haladyna, 41, of the 12100 block of Oxford Court, Lemont, was charged at 4:05 p.m. May 21 with driving while license suspended in the 100 block of Main Street.

• Zilvina Pupelis, 20, of the 600 block of West 65th Street, Westmont, was charged at 12:55 a.m. May 23 with no valid driver’s license, no insurance and speeding at McCarthy Road and Holmes Street.

• James Slater, 51, of the 200 block of Illinois Street, Lemont, was charged at 3:50 p.m. May 24 with no valid driver’s license at Main Street and Village Drive.

• Charles Zvirbulis, 18, of the zero to 100 block of Plymouth Court, Naperville, was charged at 2:56 p.m. May 25 with speeding and driver’s license not on person in the 15800 block of New Avenue.

• Arturas Davydaitis, 45, of the 10100 block of South 81st Street, Palos Hills, was charged at 11:32 p.m. May 26 with driving while license suspended, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane use and for disobeying a traffic control device at Steepleview Drive and Archer Avenue.

• Brian Reilly, 25, of the 2600 block of Inwood Drive, Joliet, was charged at 10:51 p.m. May 27 with failure to give information after striking other property at Derby and McCarthy roads.

• Macio Harris, 44, of the 1500 block of North Prairie Avenue, Joliet, was charged at 9:50 p.m. May 29 with driving while license suspended and expired registration at New Avenue and 127th Street.

• Cassandra Russell, 20, of the 8100 block of South Laflin Street, Chicago, was charged at 7:22 p.m. May 29 with no valid driver’s license, no insurance, no valid registration and improper overtaking on the right at Lemont Road and Illinois Street.
