• Edgar Hernandez, 26, of the zero block of West Oakley Drive South, Westmont, was charged at 12:50 a.m. May 23 with domestic battery in the zero block of West Oakley Drive South.

• Nikola Opashinov, 25, of the 6700 block of Vail Drive, Westmont, was charged at 7:35 p.m. May 19 with domestic battery in the 6700 block of Vail Drive.

• Jake Sutton, 22, of the 100 block of West Oakley Drive South, Westmont, was charged at 10:35 p.m. May 18 with domestic battery in the 100 block of West Oakley Drive South.

• Bernice Lovell, 56, of the 300 block of Kirman Avenue, Romeoville, was charged at 6:15 p.m. May 18 with domestic battery in the 1000 block of 35th Street.

DUI

Kurt Dreher, 23, of the 400 block of South Wilmette Avenue, Westmont, was charged at 11:45 p.m. May 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license in the 5800 block of South Cass Avenue.

Selling to minor

• Jessica Nagle, 25, of the 200 block of Landsfield Avenue, Downers Grove, was charged at 7:35 p.m. May 20 with sale of alcohol to a minor during an alcohol enforcement check at a business in the zero block of West 63rd Street.

• Paige Ruppert, 22, of the 1100 block of West Ogden Avenue, Naperville, was charged at 7:15 p.m. May 20 with sale of alcohol to a minor during an alcohol enforcement check at a business in the 6400 block of South Cass Avenue.

Underage drinking

Ian Shepherd, 20, of the 800 block of McKinley Lane, Hinsdale, was charged at 11:45 p.m. May 19 with consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 5800 block of South Cass Avenue.

Theft

• A purse was stolen between 8:30 p.m. May 21 and 11 a.m. May 22 from a vehicle parked in the 1000 block of Oakley Court. Loss is $120.

• Daniel Griffiths, 35, of the zero block of West 57th Street, Westmont, was charged at 9:35 p.m. May 21 with retail theft in the zero block of West 63rd Street after stealing merchandise from a business.

Suspended license

• Marquise May, 34, of the 900 block of East 84th Place, Chicago, was charged at 3:40 a.m. May 20 with driving with a suspended license and speeding in the 600 block of North Cass Avenue.

• Regina McKissick, 35, of the 1200 block of Rudolph Street, Calumet City, was charged at 9:40 a.m. May 18 with driving with a suspended license in the zero block of 63rd Street.
