Albert Dziadrowiec and Chad Wagner won two mathes at Elgin Quadrangular on Saturday to help Dundee-Crown defeat Larkin 5-0 and Elgin 3-2.
Also for the Chargers, Dominic Simmons and Shahaan Arshad won two matches at No. 2 doubles.
South Elgin was scheduled to play but Michael Bruno, its coach, died late Friday of an apparent heart attack.
Jacobs Invitational: At Algonquin, Kailash Panchapakesan won the singles competition at the seven team tournament to help the Golden Eagles to a team title. Jacobs and York both earned 28 points but the Golden Eagles won a team tiebreaker.
In the finals, Panchapakesan defeated York’s Brendan Peterson.
