DeAndre Robinson, 24, of 2592 Forest Drive, Woodridge, was charged at 3:40 a.m. Jan. 7 with battery and resisting and obstructing a peace officer after a disturbance in the 2500 block of Forest Drive.
Theft
A backpack containing miscellaneous items was stolen between 2 and 3 p.m. Jan. 3 from a laundry room located in the common area of an apartment building in the 2000 block of Country Club Drive.
Property damage
An exterior light fixture was damaged at 12:07 a.m. Jan. 3 in the 8200 block of Piers Drive.
DUI
• Ion Busuioc, 32, of 2446 Forest Drive, Woodridge, was charged at 12:53 a.m. Jan. 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting a peace officer, no valid driver’s license, failure to give information after striking unattended property and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after the investigation of a hit-and-run incident in the 2500 block of Forest Drive.
• Tracy Kye, 30, of 1659 Estate Circle, Naperville, was charged at 1:08 p.m. Jan. 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol after the investigation of a traffic incident on Hobson Road at I-355.
Marijuana possession
• Jacob Brozman, 20, of 7504 Orchard Lane, Woodridge, was charged at 8:20 p.m. Jan. 2 with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in the 2300 block of 63rd Street.
• Alejandro Barrera, 20, of 6814 W. Lode Ave., Worth, and Carlos Barrera, 18, of 5326 Hunt Ave., Summit, were both charged with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop midnight Jan. 3 in the 6500 block of Route 53.

DUI
Amanda B. Dean, 24, of 3737 Wolf Road, Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding after a traffic stop at 1:29 a.m. Jan. 8 at Abbeywood and Trinity drives.

Battery
Blake Bonacorda, 19, of 22537 W. Bass Lake Road, Plainfield, was charged with resisting a peace officer, possession of drug equipment and aggravated battery and Adrian Simbulan, 19, of 77 Republic Ave., Joliet, was charged with resisting a peace officer at 1:39 a.m. Jan. 7 in the 1300 block of Brentwood Drive.
Drug equipment possession
Ozram Marzo of 274 Cobb Circle, was charged with failure to signal, possession of drug equipment and a traffic violation after a traffic stop at 8:22 p.m. Jan. 2 in the 200 block of Cobb Circle.
Reckless driving
Vincent Minervini, 20, of 523 Hampshire Lane, Bolingbrook, was charged with reckless driving and an in-state warrant after a traffic stop at 6:58 p.m. Dec. 30 at his residence.
Trespass
Evan Flagg 21, of 5640 Bergamot Court, Naperville, was charged with criminal trespass to property and disorderly conduct after a call to a business at 2:30 a.m. Jan. 1 in the 500 block of North Janes Avenue.
DUI
• Vincente Abundez, 53, of 426 Greentree Lane, Bolingbrook, was charged with traffic signal violation, driving under the influence of alcohol and no insurance after a traffic stop at 7:20 p.m. Jan. 1 at Lee Lane and Monticello Drive.
• Arnold Zavala, 24, of 449 Salem Square, Bolingbrook, was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without lights and seat belt violation after a traffic stop at 2:21 p.m. Jan. 4 in the 200 block South Bolingbrook Drive.
Hit and run
• Antonio Giles, 25, of 1412 56th St., Birmingham, Ala., was charged with hit and run, failure to report accident and improper turn at intersection after a traffic stop at 9:23 p.m. Dec. 30 in the 700 block of South Weber Road.
• Olanrewaju Olaniyan, 28, of 269 Tecumseh Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged with speeding, child safety violation and hit and run after a traffic stop at 7:19 p.m. Jan. 4 in the 200 block of Tecumseh Drive.
• Daniel Nara, 34, of 424 Callery Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged with hit and run and too fast for conditions after a traffic stop at 12:18 a.m. Jan. 4 at his residence.
Theft
• Lundy Prouty, 37, of 2568 Waterbury Drive, Woodridge, was charged with theft at 7:31 a.m. Dec. 27 in the 700 block of Janes Avenue.
• Nicole Garner, 22, of 667 Kingsbrooke Crossing, Bolingbrook, was charged retail theft and Dwayne Rembert Jr., 26, of 2512 Durango Lane, Naperville, was charged with obstructing justice at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 28 at CD Liquors, 344 Commons Drive.
• Dante Ferguson, 19, of 405 Meadowbrook Lane, Bolingbrook, Anjel Capeda, 19, of 405 Meadowbrook Lane, Bolingbrook, and a 17 year old were charged with retail theft, possession of drug equipment and disorderly conduct at 9:29 a.m. Jan. 1 at Shell Gas, 101 E. Boughton Road.
• Jessica Monarrez, 23, of 4524 Union St., Chicago, was charged with retail theft at 5:05 p.m. Jan. 6 at Wal-Mart, 200 S. Bolingbrook Drive.
Burglary
• The rear door of a residence was forced open and several items were stolen between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Dec. 27 in the 300 block of Appling Lane.
• An unknown subject cut a hole in fenced to gain entry, pried open a vehicle door and took two impact guns between Dec. 30 and Jan. 2 in the 1400 block of West 135th Street.
• Several doors to a residence were found open, a screen removed and several rooms were rummaged through between Dec. 22 and Jan. 2 in the 100 block of Creekside Drive.
