Burglary
Michael Massey, 18, of 2145 S. Kedzie Ave., Chicago; and Mark Bakovich, 20, of 6749 S. 78th Ave., Bridgeview, were both charged at 4 a.m. Sept. 10 with burglary to a motor vehicle and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor after an incident in the 1000 block of Warner Avenue.
Marijuana possession
Syerra Zastawny, 20, of 1047 Tadeusz Way, Lemont, was charged at 3:50 p.m. Sept. 6 with marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia possession and driving while license suspended after a traffic stop in the 14300 block of McCarthy Road.
Controlled substance possession
Robert Chmielewski, 37, of 1145 Glenys Drive, Lemont, was charged at 11:48 p.m. Sept. 9 with possession of a controlled substance after an incident at Main and Lemont streets.
Property damage
A glass panel was damaged between midnight Sept. 9 and 2 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 300 block of River Street.
DUI
• Brian Stephens, 25, of 1305 Eagle Crest Drive, Lemont, was charged at 3:16 a.m. Sept. 7 with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use after a traffic stop at 127th and State streets.
• Noe Valdez, 46, of 2619 S. Ridgeland Ave., Burbank, was charged t 9:56 p.m. Sept. 10with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane use after a traffic stop a in the 11200 block of Archer Avenue.
Theft
• Carol Angone, 67, of 12326 W. Derby Lane, Orland Park, was charged at 12:38 p.m. Sept. 7 with retail theft after an incident in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue.
• An unknown offender attempted to steal a vehicle between Sept. 6 and 10 in the 0-50 block of Bossert Drive.
License violations
• Gerald Crane, 27, of 2019 N. Main St., Wheaton, was charged at 12:03 a.m. Aug. 27 with driving while license suspended and only one headlight after a traffic stop at Illinois and Lemont streets.
• Fred Bluder, 48, of 14503 S. 136th Ave., Lockport, was charged at 6:55 p.m. Aug. 27 with driving while license suspended, no insurance and disobeying a traffic control device after a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and McCarthy Road.
• Pedro Filfan, 27, of 2250 W. Rosemont Ave., Chicago, was charged at 8:38 a.m. Aug. 28 with no valid driver’s license after a traffic stop at Lemont Road and Illinois Street.
• Therman Anderson, 53, of 15123 2nd Ave., Phoenix, Ill., was charged at 4:28 a.m. Aug. 29 with driving while license suspended and improper display of plates after a traffic stop at Lemont Road and Illinois Street.
• Brian Crawford, 31, of 16424 Morgan Lane, Orland Hills, was charged at 1:45 p.m. Aug. 29 with driving while license suspended and defective windshield after a traffic stop at New Avenue and Timberline Drive.
• Jose Rodriguez, 57, of 419 Abe St., Joliet, was charged at 4:46 p.m. Aug. 29 with driving while license suspended and no proof on insurance after a traffic stop at New Avenue and 127th Street.
• Colleen Medina, 31, of 4215 Custer Ave., Lyons, was charged at 3:41 a.m. Aug. 30 with driving while license suspended after a traffic stop in the 11200 block of Lemont Road.
