DUI
• Seth A. Gundy, 27, 832 E. Wilson Ave., Lombard, was charged at 10:39 p.m. Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol in the 4000 block of Saratoga Avenue.
• Orvill Lampkin Jr., 68, 4137 Landing Drive, Aurora, was charged at 8:40 p.m. Friday with DUI of alcohol, improper lane use, no insurance and failure to signal in the 5800 block of Main Street.
• Donald E. Gladney, 50, 1621 Park Place, Bolingbrook, was charged at 12:50 a.m. Sept. 1 with DUI of alcohol, disobeying a stop sign and disobeying a traffic control device at Main Street and Maple Avenue.
• Adilene Torrijos, 25, 2105 Apple Lane, Woodridge, was charged at 3 a.m. Aug. 31 with DUI of alcohol, speeding, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at Highland Venue and Oak Hill Road.
• Amy L. Canty, 37, 5712 Fairmount Avenue, Downers Grove was charged at 2:46 p.m. Aug. 31 with DUI of alcohol at Meyers Road and Loire Avenue.
Theft, burglary
• Olivia L. Chavez, 26, 4600 Laketrail Drive, Lisle, was charged at 9 a.m. Friday with theft in the 2900 block of Finley Road.
• Frank Martinez-Puentes, 19, 3140 S. Karlov Ave., Chicago, was charged at 12:09 p.m. Saturday with retail theft and obstructing identification in the 2000 block of Butterfield Road.
• A brown leather work bag was stolen between 7:30 p.m. Thursday and 8:30 a.m. Friday from a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Prairie Avenue.
• A power drill and a box of clothes were stolen at 9:15 p.m. Friday from an unlocked vehicle in the 4900 block of Washington Street.
• Two handguns, a 65-inch television and a 40-inch television and a computer were stolen between 9 p.m. Sept. 2 and 6:15 a.m. Sept. 3 from two garages on the same property in the 5400 block of Bending Oaks Place. A messenger bag also was stolen from a car parked in one of the garages.
• A laptop was reported stolen between noon and 7 p.m. Aug. 29 from a kitchen table in the 1300 block of Warren Avenue.
• Three suspects described as two black men and a black women allegedly distracted a store employee and stole $570 in merchandise at 2:28 p.m. Sept. 2 from a store in the 200 block of Ogden Avenue.
• Richard L. Evans, 57, 134 Spencer St., West Chicago, was charged at 2:48 p.m. Sept. 2 with theft at the police department.
• A 2004 Buick Century was stolen at 6 a.m. Sept. 1 from the 7200 block of Ticonderoga Place.
• Surveillance footage allegedly showed two white women between 30 and 35 years old stealing baby formula at 9 a.m. Aug. 31 from a store in the 1100 block of Ogden Avenue.
• A locked Trek mountain bike valued at $750 was stolen at 10 a.m. Aug. 29 in the 900 block of Warren Avenue.
• Juliana Matusiak, 37, 615 Elizabeth St., Lombard, was charged at 5:15 p.m. Aug. 30 with retail theft in the 2900 block of Finley Road.
• A white man in his 20s allegedly stole several bottles of fragrances at 6 p.m. Aug. 26 from a store in the 1300 block of 75th Street.
• Several golf clubs, a golf bag and golf towel were stolen between 7 a.m. Aug. 27 and noon Aug. 29 from a garage in the 4700 block of Highland Avenue.
Attempted arson
Someone attempted to ignite a roll of toilet paper along with wet toilet paper at 8:33 p.m. Saturday in a port-a-potty in O’Brien Park, 6905 Dunham Road.
Battery
Guadalupe F. Valdez, 33, 5000 Center Ave., Lisle, was charged at 2:30 a.m. Sept. 7 with two counts of battery and one count of resisting a police officer at Downers Drive and Frontage Road.
Domestic battery
Jane A. Rohrer, 22, 1525 Ogden Ave., Downers Grove, was charged at 10:14 p.m. Friday with two counts of domestic battery at her residence.
Forgery
Reginald Jones, 21, 1128 Eastern Ave., Bellwood, and Leroy L. Jefferson Jr., 20, 3110 Monroe St., Bellwood, were charged at 10:12 a.m. Friday with forgery in the 2900 block of Finley Road.
Drinking in public
Salvatore F. Ciro, 41, 502 Camden Ave., Romeoville, was charged at 8:53 p.m. Friday with drinking in public in the 1001 block of Warren Avenue.
Marijuana possession
Jordan L. Gerkitz, 28, 1112 Ogden Ave., Naperville, was charged at 8:42 p.m. Thursday with unlawful possession of marijuana at Main and Grant streets.
