ADDISON

Battery

Juana Regalado, 48, 95 Michael Lane, was charged at 9:29 p.m. July 18 with battery – village ordinance in the 0 to 100 block of Michael Lane.

Domestic battery

Daniel J. Bembea, 20, 6635 N. Kilpatrick Ave., Lincolnwood, was charged at 2:04 a.m. July 24 with domestic battery, aggravated battery, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal consumption of alcohol by minor, resisting and obstructing a police officer in the 600 block of Moreland Avenue.

Warrant arrest

• Wayne D. Benton, 29, 510 Macie Court, was arrested at 10:08 p.m. July 21 on an unspecified outstanding warrant from the Chicago Police Department at the Addison Police Department, 3 Friendship Plaza.

• Fernando Orozco, 18, 68 Elizabeth Drive, was arrested at 9:31 p.m. July 18 on three outstanding failure to appear warrants from the DuPage County Sheriff's Office in the 0 to 100 block of Michael Lane.

Theft

A silver Mongoose bicycle was reported stolen at 11:30 a.m. July 23 from the bike rack at Centennial Park, 1776 W. Centennial Place.

Criminal damage to property

Jorge Montero, 34, 663 W. Lake Park Drive, was charged at 12:20 a.m. July 12 with criminal damage to motor vehicle in the 500 block of Michigan Avenue.

Retail theft

Juan M. Perez, 38, 2627 N. Mobile Ave., Chicago, was charged at 3:42 p.m. July 24 with retail theft, no valid driver's license and uninsured motor vehicle, and he was arrested on two unspecified outstanding warrants from the St. Charles Police Department and one unspecified outstanding warrant from the Aurora Police Department in the 1000 block of North Rohlwing Road.

BENSENVILLE

Sexual assault

A sexual assault was reported at 8:55 p.m. July 23 in the 0 to 100 block of South Center Street.

Battery

An incident involving battery was reported at 6:49 p.m. July 28 in the 200 block of South Mason Street.

DUI

Manuelito Martinez, 26, 125 Gerry Stevens Court, was charged at 6:14 p.m. July 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, driving with a suspended driver’s license, and resisting arrest in the 100 block of Bernice Drive.

Burglary

• Various items were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle at 2:57 p.m. July 22 in the 400 block of Thomas Drive.

• Three sets of tractor keys were reported stolen from inside the vehicles at 8:35 a.m. July 28 in the 1100 block of North Ellis Street.

Theft

• A work truck and trailer were reported stolen at 3:16 p.m. July 22 at Church Road and Main Street.

• An employee's check was reportedly cashed by another employee at 1:47 p.m. July 31 in the 300 block of West Irving Park Road.

Criminal damage to property

The windshield of a vehicle was reported smashed at 10:07 a.m. July 28 in the 400 block of Miner Street.

Criminal defacement of property

• Graffiti was reported at 2:37 p.m. July 31 on the backboard of a basketball hoop at Belmont Avenue and David Drive.

• Graffiti was reported at 2:38 p.m. July 31 on skate park fixtures in the 600 block of John Street.

Warrant arrest

Justyna Pikil, 24, 802 S. Wisconsin Ave., Villa Park, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. July 22 on an outstanding failure to appear warrant in the 1100 block of West Wood Street.

Consumption of alcohol by minor

John Miller, 19, 11 N. 2nd Ave., Villa Park, was issued a citation at 2:29 a.m. July 23 for consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 1000 block of South York Road.

Possession of alcohol by minor

Alexander Martinez, 20, 102 N. Addison St., was issued a citation at 12:58 a.m. July 22 for possession of alcohol by a minor in the 900 block of West Irving Park Road.
