• Irvin Mesinas, 21, of the 1200 block of Cora Street, was arrested by Joliet police Sunday on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

• Alfonso Sifuentes, 19, of the 3200 block of South 58th Avenue in Cicero, was arrested by sheriff’s police Sunday on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, hit and run, and failing to report an accident involving an injury or death.

• Tracy L. Whitehead, 20, of the 10600 block of South Prairie Avenue in Chicago, was arrested by Crete police Sunday on a charge of delivery of marijuana.

• Refugio Martinez, 58, of the 400 block of Walnut Street in Joliet, was arrested by sheriff’s police Monday on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

• Timothy T. Davis, 19, of the 300 block of Walnut Circle in Bolingbrook, was arrested by Bolingbrook police Monday on a charge of auto theft.

• Patrick B. Eltrevoog, 29, of the 34400 block of South Lakeside Terrace in Wilmington, was arrested by sheriff’s police Monday on a charge of forgery.

• Dearick D. Farr, 53, of the 400 block of Nelson Road in New Lenox, was arrested by New Lenox police Monday on charges of shoplifting and driving with a suspended license.

• Michael Huggins, 54, of the 900 block of North Avenue in Aurora, and Martell D. Young, 29, of the 800 block of East Benton Street in Aurora, were arrested by Bolingbrook police Monday on charges of delivery of drugs.

• Darryl A. Turner, 49, of the 2500 block of Wolf Road in Oswego, was arrested by sheriff’s police Monday on a charge of delivery of drugs.

• Jessica M. Ortiz, 20, of the 400 block of Montrose Drive in Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police Tuesday on a charge of shoplifting.
