Police make prostitution arrest at Bolingbrook truck stop

BOLINGBROOK – Prostitution charges have been dropped against a Dwight.

Tonya Marie Veenstra, 39, had been charged with prostitution and solicitation of a sexual act on May 29 in the 500 block of Bolingbrook Drive after police said they found her soliciting drivers upon their arrival to the truck stop.

Police also initially alleged Veenstra stole $40 from a truck driver's wallet after she knocked on his truck door, entered the truck and found the driver asleep in the rear cab of his truck. She was charged with felony burglary.
