• Daniel Valdez, 39, of the 4500 block of Topaz Drive, Hoffman Estates, was charged with driving under the influence, speeding and driving without insurance at 2:19 a.m. May 18 at La Grange Road and Jackson Avenue.
License violation
Shannon K. Patrick, 31, of the 1600 block of Barnsdale Road, was charged with driving with a suspended license and no insurance at 4:29 p.m. May 28 in the 1100 block of Barnsdale Road.

Theft reports
• Tools were reported stolen from a work van sometime between May 25 and May 29 in the area of 58th Street and East Avenue.
• A $65,000 forklift was reported stolen from Sunbelt Rentals after an unknown subject rented the equipment using a fake identity.
• A 2000 Bobcat was reported stolen from a lot sometime between 3:30 p.m. May 22 and 9 a.m. May 27 at 6150 S. La Grange Road.
• A 1988 Ford F250 flatbed was reported stolen sometime between May 24 and May 26 in the 5300 block of East Avenue.

• Nikia Tinsley, 39, of the 17700 block of Wentworth Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving with a suspended license May 29 at Interstate 55 and La Grange Road.
