McInerney joins Morris law firm

Becomes associate in Hynds, Rooks, Yohnka & Bzdill

M. Katie McInerney has joined the law firm of Hynds, Rooks, Yohnka & Bzdill.

The firm, which opened in Morris in 1938, currently consists of four partners – John W. Hynds, John N. Rooks, Diane Yohnka Jorstad, and David J. Bzdill – and two associates – Anne Hynds Bzdill and Ms. McInerney.

Hynds, Rooks, Yohnka & Bzdill is in the general practice of law with an emphasis in estate and tax planning, real estate, zoning, and corporate and business law.

Prior to joining Hynds, Rooks, Yohnka & Bzdill, Ms. McInerney was an associate at Gehlbach Law Office in Lincoln, where she also served as the secretary and treasurer of the Logan County Bar Association, and as a board member for the Lincoln Public Library District.

She received her B.S. in business administration from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, and her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. She currently practices in the areas of real estate, probate and estate planning.
