Mr. William D. Weatherly, 93, of Morris, Ill., passed away Tuesday morning, July 30, 2013, at Morris Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Morris.
Born June 30, 1920, in Bixby, Okla., he was the son of the late Jesse and Elizabeth (Jones) Weatherly.
William served his country proudly in the United States Navy and worked in management with Amoco in Joliet for many years until his retirement.
William married Mildred Gallion, who survives him. Also surviving is one son, William Weatherly of Bristol, Ill.; two grandchildren, Debbie and David Weatherly; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private services for William will be held at the U. C. Davis-Callahan Funeral Home in Morris, to which arrangements have been entrusted.
