Kevin Moore

BEDFORD, Texas — Kevin D. Moore, 31, of Bedford, Texas, formerly of Princeton, passed away Friday, March 29, 2013, at his home in Texas.

He was born Oct. 21, 1981, in Princeton to Kevin D. and Mary (Hunter) Moore. He attended St. Louis School and graduated from Princeton High School in 2000. He was in the U.S. Navy from 2000 to 2002. He worked for ADM/Artco as a first mate on a tug boat. He loved to fish and was the life of the party. He loved the outdoors, music and "summer camp". He was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church.

He is survived by his parents, Mary Moore of Manlius and Kevin D. (Tina) Moore of LaMoille; his siblings, Matthew (Brittany Carpenter) Moore of Texas, Faren Moore of Morris, Tyler Moore of Morris and Natalie Moore of Seneca; his step-siblings, Ryan (Jessica) Callison of Minnesota, and Logan and Austin Callison of LaMoille; his grandparents, Rex (the late Fran) Hunter of Princeton, and Ron and Bev Moore of Malden; one niece, Isabelle Moore; many extended family members, including his uncles, Daniel Hunter of Princeton and Jim (Tracey) Hunter of Malden, and his aunt, Margaret (Mark Kircher) Hunter of Lerna; and his best girl, Jayde Williams of Princeton, and their dog Ellie.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Frances Hunter.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Norberg Memorial Home, Princeton, with Deacon John Murphy officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery, Princeton.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Toys for Tots and St. Louis Church.
