Chase Bank in Glendale Heights robbed

GLENDALE HEIGHTS — Police are investigating a reported bank robbery at Chase Bank, 2150 Bloomingdale Road, on Monday.

At 10:23 a.m., Glendale Heights police learned a man had robbed the bank and left on foot through the front door, possibly walking eastbound from the scene, according to a news release.

The man is described as Hispanic, about 25 to 30 years old, standing 5-foot-10-inches tall with black hair and large bags under his brown eyes. He was wearing black pants, black shoes and a black checkered sweater.

No one was injured during the incident. Information about any display of a weapon or the amount of cash stolen was not available.
