Nelson Multimedia welcomes Mike Topoll as the new DeKalb County broadcasters market manager in DeKalb and Sycamore for radio stations WLBK FM 98.9/AM 1360 and WSQR AM 1180.

Topoll comes to the area with a strong background in station management in several different markets, most recently Springfield, where he managed a group of six stations including WTAX News Radio.

Topoll and his wife, Sally, are new residents of DeKalb.

“I already love the market and look forward to meeting the business community,” Topoll said in a news release.

“We’re very excited to have Mike join our team,” Larry Nelson, owner of Nelson Multimedia, said in news release. “He brings a proven track record of excellent leadership skills, experience and success in radio management.”
