Alibi Bar & Grill cuts ribbon

Owner Rich Simpson, Event Coordinator Suzanne Positano, St. Charles Mayor Don DeWitte, Chamber President Stacey Ekstrom, members of the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce and friends and family of Simpson cut the ribbon to open Alibi Bar & Grill in St. Charles.
