Spring Grove

• Jason R. Howsan, 6503 Blane Place, Spring Grove, was charged Sunday, March 18, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without insurance, failure to wear a seat belt, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and improper lane use.

Huntley

• Brian T. Haugh, 41, 10159 Compton Drive, Huntley, was charged Monday, March 19, with two counts of harassment by electronic communications and one count of disorderly conduct.

• A 17-year-old Huntley girl was charged Monday, March 19, with possession of marijuana possession of fireworks while at Huntley High School.

• Two magnetic door signs were reported stolen Thursday, March 22, from the 12800 block of Del Webb Boulevard.

• A patron at a business in the 104000 block Algonquin Road reported Sunday, March 25, that a money clip, a debit card and gift cards were stolen from a gym bag.

Marengo

• Police responded to a burglary Tuesday, March 27, at Four Seasons Dry Cleaners, 20001 Telegraph St., Unit C, Marengo. Officers found the front door glass had been broken. Offenders removed a cash register and a small amount of cash.

• Stephen McKenzie, 47, 322 N. State St., Unit B, Marengo, was charged Friday, March 16, with battery.

• Artur A. Baclawski, 25, 1101 N. Hart St., Harvard, was charged Sunday, March 18, with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of drug paraphernalia, and improper lane use.

• David C. Klaassens, 28, 952 Kishwaukee St., Marengo, was charged Sunday, March 18, with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and taillight violation.
