How many do you employ? Are you hiring? We employ six to 10 employees, and yes, we are hiring.
Who are you? I'm Gina Battaglia. I'm part owner.
Tell us a little about yourself. I am 25, and grew up in Hinsdale. I went to Western Illinois University for my business management degree. I moved to Dixon 3 months ago with my brothers, Joe, 23, and Jim, 21, who also will be working at Sow Belly's. We became familiar with Dixon by visiting our sister, her husband [Anna and Greg Hindrix] and niece who live here in town. We come from a very big family who are very supportive of each other. No is never an option for our family. We're just trying to live the dream of opening our own pizza/hot dog joint.
Anything else you'd like us to know? Sow Belly's will wow our customers by providing a mixture of quality food, low prices, and more importantly, great customer service.
