Dear Editor:
I am writing in response to Randy Weese’s letter of March 2. There are four items in the letter I will address.
1. Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Obama. This name appeared in an email that went out on April 1, 2009. No one took it seriously especially after it was discounted by all parties quoted in the content of said email. It was an April Fool’s day prank.
2. Birth certificate. Hawaii does not have a long or short form certificate, only a certificate which President Obama supplied. All lawsuits filed based on this have failed and have been debunked numerous times by several Media sources including Fox News.
3. First time in history a President has issued an Executive order to freeze records. This order (13489) replaced an identical order of President Bush’s. In fact all Presidents back to and including President Reagan have issued the same order. It freezes their records until the sitting President has left office.
4. Social Security Number. President Obama’s number is indeed from Connecticut and was issued in 1977. His father was living in Connecticut at that time. He applied for his son’s Social Security Number, received it, then sent the paperwork on to his son. All according to the laws of that state. It was indeed sent to a man now dead, but issued for his son.
Continuing to prate these so-called facts does nothing but a disservice to the American public. As Bill O’Rielly says “once you are out of the box you have lost all credibility.”
My sources for this rebuttal include, Fox News, Bill O’Reilly (web page), Glenn Beck (web page), MSNBC News, CNN, The Huffington Post, and the Wall Street Journal. What are your souces sir? Some email a friend sent you? Email, as we all know, contains nothing but accurate information.
