The man accused of robbing the Morris branch of Chase Bank on April 6 was indicted on two counts of aggravated robbery by the circuit court grand jury Wednesday.
Corey Wolfe, 22, Susan Circle, was indicted for taking money from the bank by indicating through his actions that he had a gun.
He was indicted on two counts because two different Chase employees were present during the robbery.
Wolfe surrendered to Morris police on Saturday, May 1, and he remains in the county jail in lieu of $50,000 bond. Morris Det. Eric Werden testified before the grand jury.
The grand jury also eturned indictments against 20 other defendants when it convened Wednesday morning in the courthouse.
William Evans, no age or address available, was indicted for theft by deception and state benefits fraud.
He was charged with collecting unemployment checks from the Illinois Department of Employment Security between March 19, 2005, and June 9, 2007, by claiming he was unemployed when he was working for G. Porter and Co.
The total amount received was more than $10,000.

Hank Robinson, 23, Plainfield, was indicted on three counts of burglary. He was charged with the March 18 burglaries of Fantastic Sams and Magic Nails, both on Ridge Road, Minooka.
He was also indicted for the April 7 burglary of Angie's Tobacco and Cigars, Pheasant Lane, Channahon.
Minooka Det. Ryan McDonald and Channahon Det. Kevin McRaven testified before the grand jury. Bond was continued at $5,000 cash.
Zachary Drummond, 21, who said he was homeless, was indicted on charges of aggravated battery, threatening a public official and criminal damage to state supported property.
He was charged with aggravated battery along River Road on April 24 for punching and kicking Adams Colon. He was also charged with threatening Morris Officer Jessica Smith and damaging a door on a Morris Police Department squad car.
Det. Werden testified and bond was continued at $50,000.
Jacob Crockett, 19, 75 Pine St., Coal City, was indicted for possession of heroin. He was arrested April 20 following a traffic stop near Broadway and Braceville roads. Sgt. Joe Elens testified and bond was continued at $500 cash.
Paige Eldredge, 18, 2575 Stellon St., Diamond, was indicted for possession of cocaine. She was arrested April 24, following a traffic stop on Illinois 113 in Diamond. Two corner-cut bags containing suspected cocaine were found in her purse.
She was released previously on a $2,500 recognizance bond and Sgt. Joe Elens testified.
Marcel Reynolds, 30, Chicago, was indicted for possession of Ecstasy (MDMA). He was arrested Feb. 13 by Illinois State Police. Trooper Ken Gurney testified and bond was continued at $2,500 cash.
Joshua Brisbin, 24, 510 Meadowbrook, was indicted for possession of cocaine. He was arrested Feb. 4 by Morris police. Officer Anthony Puleo testified.
Shawn Burke, 37, Romeoville, was indicted for unauthorized video recording and live video transmission. He was charged with making a video record in the kitchen of a woman's residence between Dec. 25 and Jan. 25.
Minooka Det. Kiedra Meece testified and bond was continued at $1,000 cash.
Ryan Aichele, 21, 114 E. Washington St., Gardner, was indicted for felony criminal damage to property. He was charged with breaking a plate glass window at J. K. Harrison's, Illinois 53, Braceville, on April 15.
Sgt. Elens testified and bond was continued at $1,000 cash.
Clinton Anders, 31, 55 Walnut, Coal City, was indicted for domestic battery. He was charged April 9 with slapping a woman. The charge was upgraded to a felony because of a prior domestic battery conviction in 2007 in Grundy County. Coal City Officer Matthew Dillon testified and bond was continued at $1,000 cash.
Joseph Burroughs, 40, was indicted for felony domestic battery. He was charged April 4 with punching and causing bodily harm to a female family member. The charge was upgraded because of a prior domestic battery conviction, 2008 in Grundy County.
Brian Ruedig, 49, Deerfield, was indicted for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, not having a firearm owner's identification card, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of 10 to 30 grams of marijuana.
He was arrested April 19 by Illinois State Police for carrying a rifle in his vehicle after his FOID card had been revoked and while he had marijuana in the vehicle. He was also charged with having a water pipe.
Trooper Gurney testified and bond was continued at $5,000 cash.
Frank Cisneros, 49, 126 Deerpath, was indicted for possession of cocaine and unlawful possession of an illegal vehicle registration sticker. He was arrested Oct.16 by Minooka police.
Minooka Officer Sean Wojtczak testified and bond was continued at $500 cash.
Bernard Larson, 63, was indicted for felony charges of DUI and driving with a revoked license. He was arrested March 20 by Seneca police on U.S. 6. The DUI charge was upgraded because his license was suspended and prior convictions, Sept. 19, 1993, in DuPage, and Dec. 1, 1995, in DeKalb.
The revoked license charge was upgraded because of prior convictions Dec. 1, 1995, in DeKalb County and Aug. 29, 1995, in Grundy County.
Seneca Officer Pastirik testified and bond was continue at $300 cash.
Suspended licenses
Another six drivers had charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license upgraded to felonies by the grand jury.
Deuran Congo, 30, Morris, was arrested March 28 on Minooka Road. The charge was upgraded to a felony because of a prior conviction July 13, 2003 in Grundy County. Bond was continued at $100 and Minooka Officer Wojtczak testified.
Dale Johnson, 47, Wilmington, was arrested April 26 near Illinois 53 and Kankakee Road. The charge was upgraded because of priors, Jan. 30, 2008, and July 30, 2007, in Will County. DeputyTerry Bitner testified and bond was continued at $100.
Robert Tarascio, 22, was arrested April 3 on Ridge Road. The charge was upgraded because of priors, Sept. 6, 2006,and July 14, 2008 in Will County. Minooka Officer Deskovick testified and bond was continued at $100 cash.
Jonathan Najera, 22, was arrested April 15 on Mondamin Street, Minooka. The charge was upgraded because of priors, Oct. 1, 2005, in Will County and March 8, 2008 in DuPage County.
Officer Wojtczak testified and bond was continued at $100 cash.
Elissa Moczynski, 43, was arrested April 1 on Illinois 47. The charge was upgraded because of a prior conviction, Nov. 21, 2001, in Grundy County. Sgt. Joe Elens testified and bond was continued at $100 cash.
Aaron Walker, 23, was arrested March 27 on Interstate 55 by Illinois State Police. The charge was upgraded to a felony because of 11 priors in Cook County. Trooper Gurney testified and bond was continued at $100 cash.
Felipe Spraggins, 55, was arrested April 6 on Interstate 80 by Illinois State Police. The charge was upgraded to a felony because of five prior convictions in Logan, Iroquois and Kankakee Counties.
