A Minooka man was re-indicted on charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse when the Grundy County Circuit Court grand jury met Wednesday in the courthouse.
James Wymore, 45, also known as James Landon, who gave an address of 317 Osceola, Minooka, was indicted July 1, 2009, on two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Wednesday, the grand jury returned a four-count indictment.
Previously, Wymore was indicted for inappropriately touching a girl under age 17 between August 2007 and November 2008.
The two additional counts charge him with touching a different girl under 17 between August 2007 and June of 2008.
Minooka Officer Ken Briley testified before the grand jury.
The grand jury also returned indictments against 22 other defendants Wednesday.
This was the last meeting of the current grand jury panel. On March 1, a new grand jury will be seated and serve for six months.
In addition to returning indictments, the grand jury inspects the county jail and issues a report.
Shaun Cailey, 21, and Kelly Kiman, 41, both of 2360 Chestnut, were indicted for the Jan. 18 residential burglary of the Trent Neville house at 325 E. North St.
Bond was continued at $5,000 cash for Cailey and $2,500 for Kiman. Morris Sgt. John Severson testified.
Eric Brandt, 23, Braidwood, was indicted for burglarizing three vehicles and three counts of misdemeanor theft.
He was charged with entering a Dodge Ram owned by Robert Werkmeister at 312 Monroe, Gardner; a Silverado truck owned by Windel Foster at 130 Elm, South Wilmington; and a Ford truck owned by Robbie Ragland at 155 N. First Avenue, South Wilmington, all on Jan. 16.
He was also indicted for the Jan. 16 theft of a credit card and Coal City Area Club card from James Ryan, a State Farm insurance card from Linda Cockream, and a CD player from Charles Bafia Jr.
Bond was continue at $500 cash and Grundy County Det. Todd Horrie testified.
Nicholas White, 26, 17 Washington, Diamond, and Brian Lee, 18, 17 Sportsman, Diamond, were indicted for burglarizing three vehicles.
They were charged with entering a Chevrolet SUV owned by Linda Maland at 1065 S. Mazon St., Coal City, on Nov. 24; a Dodge Caravan owned by Mary Sue and Shawn McLey at 1080 S. Broadway, Coal City, Oct. 26 or 27; and a Ford truck owned by Michael Lareau at 70 Spring Road, also on Oct. 26-27.
They were previously charged with burglarizing two vehicles in the Goose Lake area on Dec. 22.
Bond was continued at $2,500 for White and $1,500 for Lee. Coal City Officer Chris Harseim testified.
Laura Boulanger, 31, 945 Armstrong St., was indicted on three counts of forgery and one count of felony theft.
She was charged with forging checks from the account of Frank Stoll Repair at Standard Bank. The checks were written Sept. 29, for $800; Sept. 28, for $900; and Oct. 1, for $472.54.
She was also charged with the theft of more than $10,000 from Frank Stoll Repair between Sept. 9 and Oct. 9.
Bond was continued at $500 cash and Morris Det. Eric Werden testfied.
Joseph Wonnell, 40, was indicted for the April 9, 2009, theft of a diamond ring from Diana Missig. Channahon Det. Adam Bogart testified before the grand jury.
Joshua Greenwood, 24, 484 Main St., Seneca, was indicted for aggravated battery and felony criminal damage to property. He was charged Monday, Feb. 1, with intentionally driving into a Hyundai owned by Donald Greenwood at Bungalow and Roberts road.
Morris Officer Dustin Seale testified and Greenwood remains in the county jail, unable to post $20,000 cash bond.
Ruben Hernandez, 32, 1115 Eileen, Coal City, was indicted for aggravated battery. He was charged Jan. 31 with ramming his shoulder into the chest of Coal City Officer Matthew Dillon.
Officer Dillon testified and bond was continued at $5,000.
Rolando Centeno, 20, 1400 Creekside, Minooka, was re-indicted on two counts of aggravated battery. He was originally indicted Nov. 4.
He was charged Oct. 22 with kicking Kiley Jungles in the head and biting Matthew Walker on the arm, knowing both were Grundy County Correctional Officers. Officer Jungles testified and bond was continued at $2,000.
Ronald Childers, 28, Crest Hill, was indicted for aggravated battery. He was charged Oct. 24 with kicking and punching James Evans in the head, causing great harm. The incident occurred in the lot by the Southside Bar and Grill.
Sgt. R. H. Coleman testified before the grand jury.
Sergio Flores-Garcia, 27, 2690 Cemetery Road, was indicted for possession of methamphetamine on Dec. 6. He was charged by Minooka police.
Officer Matthew Juras testified and bond was continued at $500 cash.
Jovan Evans, 30, Dubuque, Iowa, and LaCortland Stewart, 29, Dolton, were indicted for possession of cocaine, possession of more than 500 grams of marijuana, and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. They were charged Aug. 10 by Illinois State Police.
Trooper James Baudino testified and bond was continued at $500 cash for Stewart and $200 for Evans.
Steven Kommer, 26, 947 E. Washington St., was indicted for felony DUI. He was charged Jan. 23 at Bungalow and Dellos roads by Channahon police. The charge was upgraded to a felony because his license was suspended at the time of his arrest.
Bond was continued at $300 cash and Channahon Det. Bogart testified.

Mario Valenza, 42, Chicago, was charged Jan. 3 at Ferguson Boulevard and Ridge Road, Minooka. The charge was upgraded because of nine priors in Cook County. Minooka Officer Ken Briley testified.
Frederick Price Jr., 48, 1440 Gardner Road, Dwight, was charged Jan. 6 on Illinois 47. The charge was upgraded because of priors Jan. 25, 1996, in McHenry County, and Jan. 12, 2005, in Fulton County. Deputy Victor Elias testified.
Lucas Russell, 25, 290 N. First, Coal City, was charged Jan. 16 on Division Street in Diamond. The charge was upgraded because of a prior, June 26, 2005, in Grundy County. Deputy Josh Slattery testified.
Frank Whitmer Jr., 44, Joliet, was charged Jan. 5 on Interstate 80 at the Morris exit. The charge was upgraded because of a July 1, 2004, prior in Kane County. Trooper Baudino testified.
Antione Mackey, 31, Chicago, was charged Oct. 26 on Interstate 55. The charge was upgraded because of seven priors in Cook County. Sgt. Coleman testified.
Benjamin Poore, 41, 909 1/2 Douglas St., was charged Jan. 14 near Price and Main streets. The charge was upgraded because of three priors from Winnebago County. Morris Officer Ben Wiechen testified.
Richard Mattingly, 57, 1230 Susan Circle, was charged Jan. 11 on Ashley Road. The charge was upgraded because of three priors in Grundy County and one is La Salle County. Morris Officer Scott Ator testified.
