Josh Stroud, 32, is plant manager at Dana Holding Corp., a drive shaft assembly company in Sterling. He lives outside Sterling with his wife, Erin Stroud, 30, and their two children, Mackenzie, 5, and Micah, 1. Josh is the son of Jim and Cindy Dunlea of Shanesville, Va., and has four brothers and five sisters.
On-the-job lesson: Never be afraid to take chances.

First car: A 1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera when I was 17.
