Adam Kolodziej, 29, 521 1/2 Douglas St., was placed on conditional discharge for two years and fined $675 for DUI. He was sentenced to eight weekends in the county jail and served the first weekend starting last Friday, Aug. 14. He was ordered to pay $39 per day in jail fees, complete counseling and attend a victim impact panel. Charges of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, illegal transportation of liquor, and improper lane usage were dismissed. He was charged April 7 in the 1400 block of Division Street.

Michael Janik, 32, 1611 Creekside, Minooka, was placed on supervision for two years and fined $250 for leaving the scene of an accident July 11 at Donegal and Creekside. Tickets for improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed were dismissed.

Paulino Luciano, 30, 17 Beach, Minooka, was placed on supervision for one year and fined $900 for possession of drug paraphernalia.Charged July 5 at Division and Waverly streets, Luciano was also ticketed for driving in violation of the license classification and having too many passengers. Those additional charges were dismissed.

Benjamin Poore, 40, 1240 Alicia Drive, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $895 for possession of drug paraphernalia. Tammy Haas, 26, Alicia Drive, was fined $895 for possession of drug paraphernalia. They were charged July 26 with having one-hitter boxes at Illinois Avenue and Franklin Street. 

Thadeus Kopelman, 23, 608 E. Main, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $595 for possession of marijuana. A possession of drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. He was charged July 22 in the 1200 block of Liberty Street.

Placed on supervision for two years and fined $250 each for trespassing at Aux Sable Cemetery were Mitchell Lieberstein, 18, Naperville; John Yurkevic, 18, Plainfield; and Nicholas Kinman, 18, Plainfield. They were charged July 23.

Janetta James, 70, South Beloit, Ill., was placed on supervision for one year, fined $100, and ordered to pay $290.50 restitution for deceptive practice. She was charged Sept. 15, 2007, with writing a check to C & M Horse Auction for $290.50, which was not paid by Hawthorne Credit Union.

Daniel Byrne, 29, 424 Mabel Court, was placed on conditional discharge for two years, with four days in the county jail, and fined $250 for resisting police. He was charged April 26 by Morris police with pulling away to avoid being handcuffed. He was also fined $100 for public intoxication near 312 Liberty St.

Jason Halford, 29, 744 Dayton, Godley, was fined $250 for trespassing to a vehicle. A criminal damage to property charge was dismissed. He was charged April 14 with entering a Saturn owned by Ashley Cripe, which was in the garage at 310 W. Oak St., Coal City.

Michael Muser, 20, 815 Rathburn, Carbon Hill, was fined $250 for having a loud sound system in his vehicle. A resisting police complaint, for failing to provide Coal City police with identification on E. Division Street, was dismissed.

Matthew Cryder, 21, 1950 Old Pine Bluff Road, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $300 for illegal transportation or liquor and making an improper turn. He was charged June 27 at Wauponsee and North streets. An illegal consumption of liquor charge was dismissed.

Glenn Salzmann Jr., 19, Seneca, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $250 for illegal consumption of liquor. He was charged July 5 with having beer.

Alexander Crickman, 17, 1135 Sandstone, Diamond, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $250 for speeding. A possession of marijuana charge was dismissed. He was charged July 13 on E. Old Pine Bluff Road.

Ryan Theis, 23, 107 Carriage, was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $185 for not wearing a seat belt June 6 on Lisbon Road. Tickets for driving in violation of his license classification on June 6, July 13 on Black Street, and Aug. 10 on Gore Road, were dismissed.

Mitchell Johnson, 23, Collinsville, was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $500 for speeding July 17 on Interstate 55. A possession of drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed.

Matthew Barichello, 18, 5520 Indian Trail Road, Verona, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $165 for criminal damage to property. He was charged June 19 with damaging the mirror mount on a Hummer owned by Martha Shugart at 2413 Sycamore Drive.

Joseph Michalowski, 50, Braidwood, was placed on supervision for one year and fined $150 for harassment by telephone. He was charged July 21 with making repeated calls to Frank Cisneros.

Robert Brestow, 50, 504 Wallace, was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $180 for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was charged June 6 at 8000 Old Stage Road. Tickets for not having proof of insurance and driving in violation of his license classification were dismissed.

Robert Fessler, 31, 160 Oak, Coal City, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $75 for disorderly conduct. He was charged July 31 with playing loud music.

A ticket for driving with a suspended license was dismissed against Stacey Jones, 29, 1230 Alicia Drive. She was cited March 25 on Illinois 47, near Nelson Road.
