Easter egg hunt in Shorewood pivoting to drive-thru due to heavy rainfall

The Timbers of Shorewood Senior Living annual Hippity-Hop Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday will transition to Easter Bunny Lane Drive Up due to a week of heavy rainfall.

The event will take place from noon to 1 p.m. outside the Timbers of Shorewood main entrance, 1100 N. River Road in Shorewood, to greet families in their vehicles, according to a news release from The Timbers of Shorewood

The Easter Bunny and Timbers staff will hand out Easter eggs filled with candy directly to children through car windows.

Families should follow the directional signs upon entering the Timbers’ campus to join the drive-up line.

The event remains free and open to the community.
