Accident in Bolingbrook shuts down parts of Boughton Road

An accident happened on Boughton Road Monday morning closing down portions of the roadway.

Boughton Road was closed in both directions between Delaware Drive and Hywood Lane in Bolingbrook Monday morning because of an accident, according to Bolingbrook Police Department.

Emergency crews worked to clear the scene. The accident is under investigation, according to police.
