Sauk Valley blood drives for February

Blood supplies still are critically low, in the Sauk Valley and nationwide. The American Red Cross calls it its worst blood shortage in a decade.

Feb. 10, Sterling Bethel Reformed Church, 230 E. 23rd St., 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Feb. 14. Prophetstown School District office, 79 Grove St., 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Feb. 15, Dixon Elks Lodge, 1279 Frankloin Grove Road, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Feb. 21, Rock River Christian Center, Rock Falls, 1800 Prophet Road, 1 to 6 p.m.

Feb. 22, Polo High School, 100 S. Union Ave., 7:30 a.m. to noon

Feb. 22, Dixon Correctional Center, 2600 N. Brinton Ave., 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
