Sauk Valley Bank has recently announced Lori Gajdzik is the Harvard market president of Sauk Valley Bank.
The bank is located at 1075 S. Division St. in Harvard.

As market president, Gajdzik will oversee local operations, strengthen community relationships and support business development across the Harvard market. She will focus on delivering high-quality service, supporting organizational growth initiatives, and fostering meaningful engagement with clients and community partners.
Gajdzik brings more than 25 years of leadership experience, shaped by a career centered on organizational development, workforce strategy, and operational oversight. Her background reflects a deep commitment to strengthening business performance and fostering environments where employees and clients thrive. She is recognized for a strategic leadership style that emphasizes collaboration and strong relationship-building across all areas of an organization.
Gajdzik’s background includes roles that placed her in positions of meaningful organizational leadership influence, serving as human resources manager, client services manager, and general manager. Each role expanded her responsibilities and deepened her involvement in decisions that shaped both operational direction and workforce priorities.
Gajdzik earned a bachelor of arts degree from Valparaiso University and has been recognized for her leadership through selection to the Express Employment Professionals Leadership Academy. She is also an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and Stateline SHRM as the community outreach director and on the board of directors at CASA of McHenry County.
