Sauk Valley d. Carl Sandburg 25-21, 25-19, 25-17: The Skyhawks improved to 12-4 and 4-0 in the Arrowhead Conference with the home win. Rock Falls grad Denali Stonitsch led the team with 17 assists and former Rocket Carli Kobbeman had 15 digs. Newman grad Jess Johns had six kills, nine assists and nine digs. Geneseo’s Kailee Williams led the team with 13 kills and Oregon’s Kenna Wubbena had seven kills and four aces.
